Are you a GMP‑certified veterinary drug manufacturer?

Yes. Our complete production site has passed official veterinary GMP acceptance. We own full‑scale production lines for injections, powders, oral solutions, bolus tablets, sprays and feed additives. Relevant certification documents can be provided upon request.

What animal species are your veterinary products suitable for?

Our solutions cover ruminants (cattle, sheep, camel), swine, poultry, and companion animals (dogs & cats). Our formulations are well‑adapted for Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asian farming markets.

Do you support OEM & ODM custom manufacturing services?

Yes. We provide full OEM / ODM service including formula adjustment, private label, custom packaging and labeling. Please share your target‑market requirements for detailed project evaluation.

Can I get free product samples before bulk order?

Sample supplies are available. Buyers bear the courier freight. We can send representative samples together with corresponding COA documents for your lab test.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies for different dosage forms. Standard finished veterinary products usually start at 1‑2 pallets. For OEM private‑label projects, higher MOQ will apply. Contact sales for exact figures.

What documents can you provide for customs clearance?

We can supply commercial invoice, packing list, COA (Certificate of Analysis), GMP certificate, MSDS and other export documents as required by your local import authority.

What are your typical production & lead‑time for bulk orders?

Standard stock items: 7‑15 working days. OEM customized orders: 25‑40 working days, subject to formula and packaging confirmation.

Can you adjust product formulas according to local market demands?

Yes. Our in‑house R&D team supports formula fine‑tuning for target regions. All adjustments keep compliance with manufacturing specifications.

What packaging options are available for export shipments?

We offer standard export‑grade packaging. Bottle, sachet, aluminum foil bag, drum and carton options are available. Outer packaging can be customized for your brand.

How do you handle product quality complaints after delivery?

Every batch is released with full COA records. If quality issues are verified on our side, we support replacement or compensation according to signed sales agreement.
